The scheduled 2024 Presidential Election Four presidential hopefuls present candidacy papers for Egypt 2024 elections NEA

 The National Elections Authority,  called on Egyptians in a press conference to vote in the 2024 presidential elections, and announced the timetable for the elections, starting next December 1 for Egyptians abroad

The 2024 Presidential Election is scheduled to be held outside the country for three days on 1, 2, and 12/3/2023.

and on December 10 for Egyptians at home.

 for three days as well, 10, 11, and 12/12/2023

 “The presidential elections will be conducted under a full judiciary supervision, so that each judge will be assigned an electoral box,”  run for the six-year presidential

The Commission pledges that its work will be respected at home and abroad, and that it will be governed by the judge’s conscience, saying: “We stand on the same distance without bias or discrimination "

President El-Sisi submitted his papers, along with three other aspiring candidates: Farid Zahran, head of the opposition Social Democratic Party; Abdel-Sanad Yamama, head of Egypt's oldest liberal party, the Wafd; and Hazem Omar, head of the People's Republican Party.

El-Sisi, who is seeking a third term in office, chose the star as his electoral symbol, while Farid Zahran, the candidate of the opposition Social Democratic Party, chose the sun.

Additionally, Abdel-Sanad Yamama, the candidate of the Wafd party, chose the palm, and Hazem Omar, the candidate of the People's Republican Party, chose  the ladder
